Returns must be requested within 30 days of shipment, and all items should be in their original, secure packaging.
Please note that merchandise that has been altered, installed, or used will not be eligible for credit.
Customers are responsible for freight costs associated with returns.
Additionally, returns may incur a handling fee and/or restocking fee of 25% to 35%.
Please be aware that special made-to-order items, discontinued items, and sale items cannot be returned.
